Q. I copied the ZIP file to my phone's memory card, but the program doesn't work.
A. The ZIP file is NOT an executable program. You have to un-zip the archive on your PC, which will yield the individual programs. You THEN have to copy these program(s) onto the phone in the phone's "application" directory where you have other "apps" installed. If you've never "unzipped" a ZIP file, please get a PC-knowledgeable friend to assist you. Also, please read the README files in the (un-zipped) archive for instructions on how to put these programs on your phone. Believe me, it's easier than it sounds.

Q. Can I use this program for my Private Investigation Agency?
A. Not without probable cause and a warrant issued by a judge. I am not a lawyer, but I DO know that any evidence that is uncovered without a warrant is inadmissable, and any evidence that is obtained surreptitiously or indirectly by use of unauthorized covert surveillance techniques where the suspect has a "reasonable expectation of privacy" is also inadmissable under the doctrine of "Fruit of the Poisonous Tree". In addition to having your case thrown out of court, you may be jailed and/or fined for conducting an illegal wiretap. Additionally, you may be sued in civil court by your suspect under Title 42 USC s1983 for violation of their Constitutional right to privacy, and for unlawful arrest "under color of law" if the arrest was based on information obtained through the illegal surveillance.

Q. Can someone using this software connect to MY (Bluetooth-equipped)phone?
A. Yes, absolutely. If your phone has Bluetooth, it is vulnerable to connection.

Q. Can someone TELL theat their phone is being monitored?
A. No, not if you don't TELL them. However, if you do ANYTHING BUT monitor (such as calling Bahrain with their number) they may SUSPECT that something is going on - especially if they are the ONLY one that uses that phone.

Q. Is there any way to TRACE the connection if someone suspects they're being monitored?
A. Yes - but only with specialized equipment. A trace CANNOT be done via the phone, or via the cell phone company.

Q. Is there any way to prevent this software from connecting to MY (Bluetooth-equipped) phone?
A. Yes. Turn the phone off and remove the battery... or hit it with a sledgehammer. As far as I know, there is no (software) prophylaxis against this software.

Q. Can I monitor a U.S. phone from Rome, Italy?
A. Yes. However, you FIRST have to be within Bluetooth range (30 ft. or less) to establish the "hookup". Once this is done, you can get on a plane, arrive in Rome (you'll be Rome-ing - lol) fire up your phone and access the target phone.

Q. I don't know the phone number of the target phone? Can I still "connect"?
A. Yes. Just move within Bluetooth range of the target phone. If possible, make sure the target phone is the ONLY phone within Bluetooth range so there is no mistake about whose phone it is, then start the program(s) and it will search for a Bluetooth connection. Confirm the connection on the program menu and you're "good to go". You can now go ANYWHERE where YOU have cell phone service, and access the target phone.

Q. Some programs (in the archive) do not wotk with the phone I'm trying to connect to.
A. That is why we provide several different programs in the archive. Different phones have different connection protocols, and the programs are each tailored to a set of protocols. In order to make the programs efficient, each one works within a specific set of protocols / makes / models of cell phone. One (or several) of the programs supplied in the archive will definitely work with any Bluetooth-equipped phone on the market. ALL of the programs should RUN on any Bluetooth-equipped (source) phone.

Q. Is this legal?
A. Are paring knives "legal"? It is not the capability of the software, or the software itself that is "legal" or "illegal"; the determination of whether something falls under the purview of the law (penal code or civil liability) is the USE of the tool or object; i.e.: although a paring knife is "legal", it is against the law to stab your neighbor with it. Although Personal Computers are "legal", it is against the law to use one to run an Internet email scam, or to steal someone's identity. Your use (or misuse) of the software determines its legality, and the consequences of that use fall upon the user - not the distributor or manufacturer.

Q. Is there documentation for these programs?
A. There is enough documentation in the archive 'read-me' file to get you started. However, this is 'hack-ware', and the authors do not document their wares. However, once the software is installed on your phone, it is mostly menu-driven and self-explanatory to anyone but a complete novice.

Q. Do you offer technical support?
A. No. We cannot offer tech support or advice in order to NOT become an unwitting party to anything shady or illegal.
